These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "Account Holder") and mamak24b (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at mamak24b.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mamak24b Platform — including all sportsbook, live casino, slot, and promotional services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and supplementary policies (including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy), all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The personalised user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the mamak24b Platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by mamak24b under specific bonus or promotional campaigns, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity verification process required by mamak24b to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds prior to processing withdrawals or in response to account review triggers.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the mamak24b Platform for all deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals unless otherwise specified.
• "Platform" — The mamak24b website (mamak24b.cam), mobile web application, and all associated services, games, and features operated by the Company.
• "Prohibited Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling or betting platforms is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
• "Real-Money Funds" — Deposits made by a Player using genuine monetary consideration, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — The number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — The process by which a Player requests the transfer of Real-Money Funds or eligible winnings from their Account Balance to an approved payment method.

Registration and use of the mamak24b Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the mamak24b Platform. The Company employs identity verification procedures to confirm age and will close any account where the holder is found to be under 21.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activities are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mamak24b complies with all laws applicable in your location. Players in Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or maintain accounts.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not register.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the mamak24b Platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited.
5. Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the mamak24b Platform or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new account for the duration of their exclusion period.

4.1 Registration. To access betting and casino services on the mamak24b Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to keep your registration information updated at all times.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — is truthful, accurate, and your own. The use of fictitious details, the identity of another person, or false age declarations constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify mamak24b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.5 KYC Verification. mamak24b operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework. Before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle, the Company may request supporting identity documents including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mamak24b currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods (subject to availability and regional restrictions): DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).

5.2 Currency. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its base currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless the Player has selected cryptocurrency as their payment method. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM50. The Company reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (subject to platform capability). Standard processing time for verified accounts is under five (5) minutes for DuitNow, FPX, and most supported e-wallets. The Company does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or force majeure events.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawals exceeding defined internal thresholds, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 7.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. The Company will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Any deposits received from third parties will be refunded and may result in account suspension.

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the mamak24b Platform are final once confirmed by the system. The Company is not responsible for errors made by the Player in selecting bet type, amount, or event. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming.

6.2 Odds. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed and accepted at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. mamak24b operates a best-efforts policy to display current and accurate odds but does not warrant that displayed odds are error-free.

6.3 Void Bets. mamak24b reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a palpable error in odds has occurred; (b) the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond the Company's control; (c) evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns has been identified; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets result in a full stake refund to the Player's Account Balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to additional rules specific to the applicable sport. mamak24b reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time due to data feed issues, integrity concerns, or operational necessity without prior notice. Bets accepted before market suspension are valid unless voided under the provisions of clause 6.3.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum winnings per single bet or per day may be subject to limits as specified in individual market rules. Where a bet's potential return exceeds the applicable limit, payout will be capped at the maximum stated limit. Players are encouraged to review individual market limits before placing high-value bets.

7.1 General. mamak24b offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion and the general provisions set out in this Section.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to place RM2,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. Whilst Bonus Funds remain active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM500 (or equivalent) unless the specific promotion states a lower limit. Bets placed above this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, typically 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion. Any unclaimed, unactivated, or un-wagered Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

7.6 One Bonus Per Player. Players are entitled to claim each promotion once, from one account only. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, reverse, or void any bonus where abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms is suspected, including but not limited to: syndicated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamak24b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by the Company;
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any activity that compromises the integrity of events offered on the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity constituting a financial crime under applicable law;
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated or arbitrage-based betting patterns;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.

All content on the mamak24b Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, trade names, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of mamak24b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from mamak24b.

Any unauthorised use of the mamak24b brand name, logo, or Platform content may constitute trademark infringement or breach of copyright and will be pursued by the Company under applicable law.

10.1 The mamak24b Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mamak24b, its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your negligence; (c) errors or interruptions in data feeds affecting odds accuracy; (d) force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, regulatory interventions, or cyberattacks.

10.3 In no event shall mamak24b's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

11.1 Company-Initiated Action. mamak24b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account Holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity has occurred; (c) the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players; or (d) a regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested such action.

11.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, mamak24b reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including Bonus Funds and any winnings generated through prohibited activity. Real-money deposits that were not involved in prohibited activity may be returned at the Company's discretion following investigation.

11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting mamak24b support at [email protected]. Any Account Balance at the time of closure (excluding ineligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Company may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account Balances and may close dormant accounts with prior written notice to the registered email address.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by mamak24b is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mamak24b collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and the delivery of betting and casino services. Player data is not sold to third parties. All data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection standards. mamak24b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.

The version of these Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in force at the time the relevant events occurred.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international laws governing online gaming and entertainment platforms. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as designated by the Company.

The Company operates the mamak24b Platform for entertainment purposes. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
